Administrative Excellence in the School Environment

Administrative Excellence Etiquette

Leadership makes a difference

Program Overview

Every administrative decision, casual encounter, and reaction leaves a lasting impact on the school inclusion experience. This track does not offer ready-made solutions; rather, it equips educational leaders with the insight and tools to make conscious and fair decisions that create an inclusive and empowering environment for all.

About the Program

The administrative staff deal daily with situations that require special awareness when working with students with disabilities. These situations are not limited to admission, registration, or discipline, but also extend to everyday communication. This program aims to empower educational leaders to apply “Effective Management Etiquette” and the necessary school protocols for interacting with students with disabilities and their parents, in a way that ensures the student’s dignity, strengthens the partnership with parents, and fosters the integration of the school team in a sustainable inclusive environment.
