Program Modules

Inclusive workplaces are not built by policies alone, but through a deep awareness of the value of every interaction and the daily behaviors that translate this awareness into practical respect and genuine equality.

This training program is designed to empower participants to communicate and interact confidently and professionally with colleagues with visual impairments.

The program covers a comprehensive set of skills, enabling participants to apply etiquette principles in various professional interactions—whether in offices, meetings, events, or gift-giving. It also addresses the etiquette of offering assistance and companionship, emphasizing respect for the colleague’s independence and privacy, along with essential safety protocols. In addition, the program delves into psychological, social, and emotional dimensions to ensure interactions are handled with empathy and insight, grounded in a deep understanding of lived experiences and appropriate conduct.

By the end of the program, participants will be equipped to act with confidence and awareness in various professional and social situations, applying etiquette in supportive and respectful ways.
